DUNS Number

All applicants are required to have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, a unique nine-digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and required for all applicants for federal grants and cooperative agreements. DUNS numbers are required for our regional and federal reports and help us track Utah’s creative vitality. Obtaining a DUNS number is absolutely free for all entities securing the number to apply for grants. In any correspondence with D&B, be sure to identify yourself as a grant applicant.
