Biographical Note

Geologist Arthur Lorenzo Crawford worked at Geneva Steel as an engineer. He taught at Brigham Young University, the University of Wyoming and the University of Utah. He photographed Utah scenery including the mountains, national parks, rock art, Indians, buildings and structures, parades, agriculture and mining between 1930 and 1950.
